Luis R. Trujillo

Mr. Trujillo studied architecture and planning and received his Bachelors of Science Degree in Urban Planning from California State Polytechnic University in Pomona in 1978.  Mr. Trujillo has held his General Contractors "B-1" License since 1989.

Mr. Trujillo brings to the Company diverse areas of specific knowledge and management expertise; including, land acquisition; financing, feasibility studies; governmental processing; product research and design; sales and marketing; the hiring, training, and motivating of personnel, consultants, and contractors; managing risk; budgeting; and all facets of construction from purchasing to customer service.

Over the past thirty-two years, Mr. Trujillo's experience has been with some of the largest companies in the building industry.  He has built over 4000, attached and detached, residential units throughout all six (6) Southern California Counties from San Diego to Ventura Counties as well as Hawaii.  Mr. Trujillo started Pacific Bay Development as a new venture to take advantage of opportunities that present themselves in this new era of changing economic realities.


Chief Investment Officer

Lucas B. Nelson

Mr. Nelson served in the USMC Reserves from 1994 to 2002. Mr. Nelson has been in the Financial and Real Estate business since 1997.  He has held a California Real Estate Broker License as well as a California Life Insurance License.

Mr. Nelson brings to the Company a diverse background in the financial industry; including Mortgage Banking, Capital Funding for Real Estate, servicing private clients with their estate and and retirement objectives, and working with the Institutional and Hedge Fund industry while establishing strategic relationships with Prime Brokers, Institutional Traders, and Merchant Banks.

As the Company's CIO (Chief Investment Officer), Mr Nelson is responsible for obtaining the required funds to develop, build, and sell the homes for its communities. Mr. Nelson, is also responsible for investing Company assets to maximize its profits.
